There is no tracking, moralizing of foods, or pressure to be “perfect.” Instead, you’ll learn how to rebuild trust with your body, approach food with curiosity rather than fear, and make choices from a place of self-respect and attunement.
That said, if you are currently experiencing an active eating disorder, this program is not a replacement for individualized clinical care. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out before enrolling.
