Phase 1: Rooted

This phase is all about grounding and reconnecting to your body to create a sturdy, nutrient-rich foundation to grow from.

Before food strategies or habit building, you must crack into your mental programming and do a clean up, tune into your body’s wisdom, and get rooted into devotion to take care of yourself and your physical being.

This is your deep dive into the science of feeling good.

I teach you the Feel-Good Plate method and how to nourish your body in an aligned way so it can function, heal, and thrive.
