We guide real humans into their power to heal themselves. Through deep self reflection, embodiment practices, and nourishing action, they unlock self gratitude and feel at home in their bodies, themselves, and this present moment.

Harness the power within to…

heal and evolve at the root, become a healthier and happier you, and create a better life for yourself. Because when you change, your life experience changes, too.

Hi there! I’m Katie.

Founder of the Feel-Good Nook, LLC, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Mind-Body Practitioner. Through life experiences, past personal struggles with food, body image, mental and physical health, I have learned time and time again that the key to freedom and feeling good is turning inward. By using the breath, the body, the mind, nutrition, and the act of reconnecting to ourselves, we can tend to what is at the root that is causing us problems and truly heal ourselves. We support ourselves in evolving, in coming back home to our truth, in truly feeling good. Creating the Feel-Good Nook is my way to help you embody the tools you need to heal at the root and come back home to yourself so you can find freedom and experience how good it feels to truly feel good.

  • "After working with Katie, I now understand that nutrition does not start with food. Instead, it is about our behavior, relationships, and choices with food that define our nutrition. If you want a higher probability of making more thoughtful, yummy, and filling choices while giving yourself grace, incorporate the mindfulness practices you will learn when working with Katie."
